In December of 2017 accused murderers of New York rapper Chinx, Jamar Hill and Quincy Homere, were taken into custody. It would shortly after be revealed that the rapper had possibly been murdered over a six year old grudge. The grudge stemmed from a incident that occurred while Chinx was serving a sentence on Rikers Island in 2009.
Now one of the men accused of being involved in the murder of Chinx, Jamar Hill, is in talks with prosecutors about a plea deal. According to NY Post during an appearance in court Queens prosecutor Brian Hughes said, “We are still working toward disposition.”
Both Hill and Homere are facing up to 25 years to life if convicted in the murder case.
