Drake’s “Scorpion” Album Will Be A Double Disk Release, One Half R&B and One Half Rap

Fans are itching with anticipation as Drake’s fifth studio album, Scorpion, is set to release on Friday. The Toronto born artist was caught in a bind recently engaging in rap beef with G.O.O.D. Music‘s Pusha T. Though, the battle of Hip-Hop fisticuffs would come to a quick end when J Prince stepped in to throw in the towel for Drizzy.

Nonetheless this feud didn’t slow down the rollout for Scorpion. Today we’ve received new information on the release by the way of Mal of The Joe Budden Podcast. Being the younger brother of Roc-A-Fella‘s Kareem “Biggs” Burke it’s no surprise that Mal has inside ties to the OVO camp, jokingly being dubbed OVO Mal on the podcast.

The big news that Mal would confirm is that Drake’s album will be a double disk release. “It’s a double album,” Mal would state. “RnB album and a rap album,” he would continue. Check out The Joe Budden Podcast below. The talk on Scorpion starts at a hour and fourteen minutes.
