It was in January when Zab Judah made a quick return to boxing with a knockout win over Jorge Luis Munguia. The return would follow a three year interval from the sport. Judah still continues to train and will possibly return to the ring for yet another fight though, for now boxer finds himself working in an adult daycare facility as a nursing assistant.
Judah obtained his license as a registered nurse after his 2013 loss to Paulie Malignaggi. The former boxing champion enjoys aiding the elderly patients who suffer from dementia and Alzheimer’s. He also teaches CPR and First-Aid courses to trainees at Excelling Nursing Academy.
He recently took to Instagram to express the joy he receives from helping others. He would post a letter from a student of his along with the caption, “o touch another’s life brings out the true Champ in me! I have grown to humble myself and in return, it’s appreciated by our students. Congrats students you all are my Champs!”
