Fredo Santana’s Obituary Is Now Available Online For Fans To View

Chicago rapper Fredo Santana passed away on January 19th after suffering from a seizure. Santana who’s also the cousin of Chief Keef, was found dead on the floor by his girlfriend around 11:30 p.m.

It was in 2017, 3 months before his death, when he was hospitalized for kidney failure and liver failure. The rapper’s condition would be from the use of codeine and promethazine, known on the streets as Lean. He would speak out about the situation saying, “Hopefully I can be the face to sho n*ggas to slow down an we got our whole life ahead of us f*ck being rock stars getting high I got ptsd. I was running away from my old life tryna get high didn’t want to face them demons. I’m getting help I might just go to rehab. Gino found me on da floor shaking bleeding out the mouth having a seizure sh*t could a been the end.”

Family and friends joined together as Fredo Santana was laid to rest in Chicago on February 3rd of 2017. Now the obituary designed by Chicago’s Nate Bartlett is available online for fans to view.
