Juvenile May Be Receiving A Royalty Check From Tekashi 69

“Girl you look good won’t you back that azz up,” let’s take it back for a second. There has been talk online of every popular Tekashi 69 track sounding oddly familiar, making fans reminisce of Juvenile’s 1999 hit Back That Azz Up. While, many didn’t pick up on it, a lot of others did. This would be a ongoing debate among many online fans though, it was all speculation.

After releasing Gummo and Kooda, the Brooklyn rapper would start to preview what could possibly be the next notch in his belt, the A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie & Fetty Wap featured track On The Regular.

While the internet has just heard pieces of the chorus and A Boogie & Fetty Wap’s contributions to the track via Instagram, a leaked version of the tune has hit online and we get the pleasure of hearing Tekashi’s verse. In the verse Tekashi once again uses the Back That Azz Up flow only this time more blatantly, using Juvenile’s coined ‘yeah’ phrase in the verse.

Do you think Juvenile will be receiving a check from Tekashi due to the cadence of his verses? Check out the clip below:
