20-year-old Kodak Black is in hot water after being arrested Thursday night in a raid that occurred at his Florida home while he was on Instagram Live.
The rapper was charged with seven felonies including grand theft of a firearm, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, marijuana possession, child neglect, and probation violation. He is now being held in Broward County Jail without bail.
Kodak Black is no stranger to run ins with the law. He was released from jail in June of 2017 after he violated house arrest. The young rapper was on house arrest for armed robbery that occurred in May of 2016. His charges also included false imprisonment, possession of a firearm by a delinquent, and fleeing or attempting to elude the law.
It would be in October of 2017, Black was indicted by a South Carolina grand jury for first degree criminal sexual conduct after allegedly assaulting a teenage girl at a hotel after a concert.
Black recently dropped off the official music video for his charting single Roll In Peace featuring XXXTentacion. Majority of the visual takes place in a court room, symbolizing the young man’s past legal troubles.
