Popular Chicago rapper, Durk Derrick Banks aka Lil Durk, turned himself in to Atlanta authorities on May 30th. His current case stems from a shooting incident that occurred in downtown Atlanta in February of this year outside of The Varsity.
The rapper’s judge has now granted him $250,000 bond. According to WSBTV the conditions of the bond are that the rapper cannot be anywhere near a weapon, he has curfew that requires him to be in the house from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. every night and there is to be no witness intimidation.
An Atlanta police detective said Lil Durk was seen on video shooting a man near The Varsity while he was driving.
