Meek Mill Makes A Monstrous Return With His “Legends Of The Summer” EP

Since Meek Mill’s highly anticipated release from prison, fans have been antsy to hear the Philly native return to the recording booth. The wait is finally over. Meek just released a four track EP titled Legends Of The Summer.

The first track is titled Millidelphia and is produced by Swizz Beatz. A banger for sure where Meek doesn’t hold back with his bars. That track should definitely remind everyone why Meek Mill is regarded as highly as he is. The second track is a smooth RnB track with compromising vocals from PnB Rock and Jeremih. Meek Milly knows how to flow just the right way to add to a track this smooth.

If a club banger was what fans are searching for, don’t worry. The third track 1am is going to be spun in every club this summer. Bad bitches and foreign whips are the focus in this smacker of a track. The fourth track is the single that is arguably the track of the year, Stay Woke featuring Miguel. This song was previously released via live performance at the BET Awards. A conscious song about the failed justice system in the black community and personal struggles Meek has been in himself.

These four different tracks feel like the four seasons. All different but all beautiful in their own way.  Projects are getting smaller and smaller these days and thoughts are needing concentration. Meek did a phenomenal job of diversifying his sound within these four tracks. The world will be watching for his new LP to follow. For now, stream Legends Of The Summer EP below.
