Rick Ross has previously made his feelings about Birdman not properly paying his artist public. Rozay released a track titled Idols Become Rivals at the top of 2017 which lived on his Rather You Than Me album. On the track Ross would diss Birdman bringing up past relationships and burned bridges with artist and producers such as Lil Wayne, DJ Khaled, Mannie Fresh, & Scott Storch.
Now Ross is taking more shots at the Cash Money Records CEO after reports have come out saying that Birdman can’t afford his mansion.
According to The Blast Birdman might just have to sell his Miami mansion on Palm Island after he failed to repay a $12 million loan. Court documents which were obtained by the publication stated that The #1 Stunna was granted a loan from a trading company, EMG Transfer Agent in 2015. In exchange for the loan Birdman would put up his mansion, worth $14,5 million, as collateral.
After reports surfaced Ross would take to Snapchat to blast Birdman in a video clip where he would state, “You mean, you move to Miami and took out a loan on a mansion. Then took out another loan on a mansion and you still ain’t paid [Lil Wayne]. You ain’t have no money in six, seven years n*gga. You should’ve came and borrowed something from Rozay.” Ross would continue by saying, “I might go buy that house on the water. Just to keep my boat at it. I won’t even stay there, that sh*t is too small.”
