TMZ recently caught up with T.I. who was definitely not putting his self in no position to dry snitch on anybody involved in the Troy Ave shooting that occurred at his show on May 26th. When asked about the incident T.I. stated, “I ain’t gone get into no discussion about any details of any criminal case for anybody – that’s what lawyers are for.”
T.I. continued by saying, “Me, myself, I’ve got a lot of love for Troy, and I just think he has enormous potential.” “He has his own relationship with God. All you gotta do, man, is keep God first, and you can pull through it. Sometimes there are things that involve situations that go beyond what the eyes can see. So for things like that, you’ve gotta step out on faith. And him being able to do that, man, that will make the difference.”
Troy Ave was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon and attempted murder after surveillance footage of him shooting at the Irving Plaza surfaced. Though, it was previously stated Troy Ave was indicted, we recently found out that Troy Ave will not be charged with murder. The New York rapper is now being charged with attempted second degree murder and four counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
