18-year-old Arlington, Texas native and rapping internet sensation, Taymore McIntyre aka Tay-K 47, is still currently facing trial for a Mansfield capital murder case. It was in 2017 when the Billboard Hot 100 rapper went on the run and released the tune The Race depicting his situation of running from police while facing a murder.
While on the run Tay-K managed to allegedly get himself into more trouble, this time in San Antonio at a Chick-Fil-A. It is said that Tay-K was involed in the robbery of a photographer, 23-year-old Mark Anthony Saldivar, which ended in fatal gunfire. Investigators now believe that Tay-K was the triggerman in the robbery and shooting that killed Saldivar in April 2017.
According to Star-Telegram in a Bexar County arrest warrant it states McIntyre and a few others picked up Saldivar. They were going to a photo shoot at a mall April 23, 2017. While in the car McIntyre and other suspects would draw guns on Saldivar, robbing him of his camera equipment. He would then be pistol whipped and forced out of the vehicle.
Saldivar would attempt to get back in the car and would soon jump on the hood of the car. Investigators believe that Tay-K 47 was the gunman that leaned out of the car shooting Saldivar off of the hood and leaving him to die in the parking lot of Chick-Fil-A.
