The New York crew formerly known as GS9 was taken off of the streets after a gang bust in December 2014. Many would be indicted on multiple charges carrying sentences from 3 1/2 to 117 1/2 years including star rappers Bobby Shmurda & Rowdy Rebel. The first GS9 member who’s also Rowdy Rebel’s brother, Remy “Fetty” Marshall, was released December 7th, 2017 after serving 3 1/2 years of prison time.
Shortly after his release Fetty would link up with This Is 50‘s Pvnch for his First Day Out Vlog. During the vlog Fetty would celebrate being home, pop bottles with his team, talk to an incarcerated Rowdy Rebel, & much more. Check out the clip below:
Though, Fetty didn’t have any recorded tracks prior to going to jail, he’s now turned him self into an artist and has taken to Instagram recently previewing new music – and it’s sounding dope! Fetty also previewed new music that will feature his brother, Rowdy Rebel, check it out below:
