While Jeezy Vs. Gucci Mane #Verzuz battle is set to take place on November 19th, Jeezy is also gearing up to release The Recession 2 on the same day. A new track has released off the album before the drop titled Therapy To My Soul. On this track Jeezy takes shots at Freddie Gibbs and 50 Cent.
It is publicized that Jeezy has had issues with Freddie Gibbs, who was once a CTE artist, in the past. On the track Jeezy raps, “If 1-5 wasn’t my dog I would’ve touched em/When that sh*t went down with Gibbs I couldn’t trust him/Invested my hard earned money, tied up by bread/But he gone try to tell you I’m flaw that’s in his head/It happened just the way that I said it, good on your own/If I’m honest it’s nothing gangsta about ya leave it alone.”
Jeezy would go on to take shots at 50 Cent echoing the infamous Jay-Z line stating, “What the f*ck is 50 Cent,” getting at 50 about Instagram post towards him.
