Harlem, New York rapper, Sheck Wes, came on the scene in 2018 with his smash single Mo Bamba off his debut album Mudboy. The single has since gained a smacking 316 million views.

Now the 19-year-old sensation is looking to take a shot at another dream with making it to the NBA. Sheck Wes took to his Instagram to announce that he would be entering the 2020 NBA Draft. He would share pictures from his workouts displaying that that he’s taking this serious and it isn’t a simply clout chasing situation.

In the caption of his post he would state, “Damn…it’s really real, The 2020 NBA DRAFT, all my life I always wanted to follow my passion for music and basketball.” He would go on to state, “

“Playing basketball and going to play pro in the @nba is something that I always strived for. Tonight that dream comes true! I want to thank the @nba for their hard work with growing the game and every team that gave me an opportunity to work out and talk with them. I also want to thank my team and my fans for always being there! TUNE IN TO THE 2020 NBA DRAFT tonight!!!!”

Sheck Wes who’s birth name is Khadimou Rassoul Cheikh Fall is 6’2″ tall with a 7’0″ reach. The 2020 NBA Draft will air tonight (November 18) at 8 p.m. E.T. Check out the post below:
