With so many blogs present and everyone wanting to be at the top, there’s a dirty game being played within the media. It’s called let’s make up a story and go viral to bring attention to our site. Many social media users are anxious to share and like things without fact checking them. Yesterday reports surfaced that incarcerated rapper, Tay-K, would be facing more jail time after he stabbed a prison guard while in jail. These reports have proven to be false by Tay K’s team.
Someone from Tay K’s team would post on his Twitter, “All rumors of Taymor’s sentencing being extended are false. Tay has stayed out of trouble and the media is still fighting against him to paint an untrue narrative. Appeals are still continuing and Tay will be home soon #FreeTayK.”
It was in 2019 when 19-year-old Tay-K was sentenced to 55 years in prison for one count of aggravated robbery and two counts of aggravated robbery related to the home invasion.
